Margaret S. (Naylor) Shelton, 62, of Lakeview, Ohio passed away in her home Thursday, January 31, 2013 following an extended illness.
She was born July 4, 1950 to the late Dan and Sylvia (Legg) Naylor in Clay County, West Virginia. 
She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Dallas Naylor and Paul Gene Naylor and two sisters, Charlotte Hyer and Evelyn Ellison.
She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Frank Shelton; four sons, Doug (Melissa) Woodall of Fairborn, Ohio, Jimmy (Melanie) Woodall of Columbus, Georgia, Chris Woodall of Lakeview, Ohio and Robert (Donna) Shelton of Lakeview, Ohio; 11 grandchildren; three sisters, Margie Nicholas of Navarre, Ohio, Garnett Prim of Newport, Ohio, and Wilma Sharpnack of Newport, Ohio; four brothers, Kenneth Naylor of Atwater, Ohio, Blaine Naylor of Elyria, Ohio, Joe Naylor of Moncks Corner, South Carolina and Mike Naylor of Wallback, West Virginia; a sister-in-law, Hope (Emery) Noe of Huntsville, Ohio; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Margaret was retired from Plastipak Packaging, Inc. of Jackson Center, Ohio.
Rev. Robert Crook will officiate a private memorial service at the convenience of the family.
Memorial contributions in Margaret’s memory may be made to St. Rita’s Hospice, 959 W. North Street, Lima, Ohio 45805.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by the Myron L. Van Horn Chapel of the Smith-Eichholtz Funeral Home in Lakeview.

Katherine M. Anderson, 86, formerly of Bellefontaine, passed away Monday, January 28, 2013, in Mercy McAuley Center, Urbana.
She was born June 23, 1926, in DeGraff, Ohio. Katherine loved to spend time with family and friends playing cards and games, she loved to be around kids and animals, she liked to cook and was known for her spaghetti. She also was an avid bowler.
She is survived by her daughter, Billie Jo Clark of DeGraff, Ohio; her grandchildren, Cindy (Chad) Fry of DeGraff and Mikki Johnson (Jim Stapleton) of Middleburg Center; her great-grandchildren, Cody Leach of DeGraff, Lindsey Doss (Dustin Estridge) of Springfield and Ryan Maxwell of Springfield; a great-great-grandson, Charly Estridge; her sister, Sadi Lyons of Ada, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Jesse and Georgia (Jones) Conner, her husband, Gerald Woodrow Anderson, and several brothers and sisters. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 2, 2013, in the Jehovaha Witness Kingdom Hall of Urbana with Pastor Toby Crowder officiating.

Mary M. Oakley Dye, 84, of Sidney, passed away at 12:15 p.m. on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at Fair Haven Shelby County Home in Sidney. She was born in Marion County, Ohio on February 11, 1928 to the late Roy and Ollie Wheeler Simpkins. On October 21, 1947 she married Willard Wilson Oakley and he preceded her in death on December 3, 1983. She later married Robert Dye and he preceded her in death on January 30, 2010.
She is survived three daughters, Dawon (Tom) Harford of Lakeview, Dinah (Stephen) Sanders of DeGraff and Denise Steed of Sidney; three sons, Douglas (Marilyn) Oakley of Jackson Center, Dennis (Michelle) Oakley of Lakeview and Dan Oakley of Wapakoneta; a daughter-in-law, Jane Oakley of Santa Fe; 13 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; 4 step- grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son Dean Oakley, a step-daughter, Brenda Dye; a sister Pat Brown, and two brothers, Leonard and Don.
Mary retired as a nurse’s aide from Mary Rutan Hospital. She was a member of Grace Chapel Church in Santa Fe.
Pastor Scott Anderson will conduct a funeral service at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, February 4, 2013 at the Myron L. Van Horn Chapel of the Smith-Eichholtz Funeral Home, 115 N. Main Street, Lakeview. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the funeral on Monday. Burial will be in Plum Cemetery in Lewistown, Ohio.
Memorial contribution may be made to Grace Chapel Church.

Mary Margaret Mort, 75, of Bellefontaine, passed away on Sunday, January 27, 2013, at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus.
She was born on October 3, 1937, in Bellefontaine to the late Kenneth and Alberta (Glaze) Prater. She is also preceded in death by five brothers, Thomas, Robert, Hugh, Carl “Corky” and William Prater, and a sister, Dorothy Prater.
Surviving are her sons, Dennis Hines of Bellefontaine, Tim (Beverly) Hines of Urbana, Joe Hines of DeGraff and Kelly Hines of Bellefontaine; daughters, Lori (Paul Cordrey) Hines of Urbana, Julie (Pete) Hatfield of Anna and Marlee Parker of West Liberty; 10 grandchildren, 24 great- grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and many special friends.
Mary worked 26 years at Bulldog/Siemens, Bellefontaine. 
She was a member of the AmVets, American Legion and the Eagles, all of Bellefontaine, and enjoyed attending all of their events. She loved her flowers, gardening, puzzles and watching wildlife.
Pastor Kenny Van Hoose will officiate at a 1:00 p.m. funeral service on Thursday, January 31, at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine, where friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, January 30. Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery, West Liberty.

Catherine Colleen Jennings, 69, of Bellefontaine, formerly of Russells Point, OH, passed away early Tuesday morning, January 15, 2013 at OSU Wexner Medical Center, Columbus, OH.
She was born on August 16, 1943 in Bellefontaine and raised in Lakeview, a daughter of the late Hobart & Mildred Keating Reed. She was also preceded in death by seven siblings, Lavena Machlitt, Gaylord Reed, Rex Reed, Gene Reed, Inez Reames, Vedna Brodie, and Millard Reed.
On December 21, 1962, she married Ivan V. Jennings, Jr. in Belle Center, OH and he survives. She is also survived by two sons, Travis Cary (Suzanne) Jennings of Dublin, OH, and Timothy Craig (Natalie) Jennings of Apopka, FL, four grandchildren, Kiersten Brielle, Sophia Grace, Travis Cary, Jr., and Mabel Minnelli, and several nieces and nephews.
Colleen was a 1961 graduate of Stokes Local Schools in Lakeview, OH. She worked in sales, mainly real estate, working for Century 21 and a former vice president of the Cooper Craft Guild. She was a Red Hatter and member of the Indian Lake Women of the Moose Chapter #452. 
Affectionately known as “Grammy” by her beloved grandchildren, she also enjoyed traveling with her husband, having lunches with her friends, and attending OSU Buckeyes football games.
Reverend Bryan Meadows will conduct funeral services beginning 11:00 a.m., Monday, January 21, 2013 at Shoffstall Funeral Home, Lakeview. Visitation is Sunday, January 20th from 2-5 pm at the funeral home. Entombment is in Lima Memorial Park Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given in her name to the American Diabetes Association, PO Box 11454, Alexandria, VA 22312.
