Amy Kay Neely, 38, of Belle Center, passed away on Monday, November 8, 2010 at the home of her parents, Larry and Susan (Beaver) Fishbaugh, in Marysville. She was born on July 4, 1972 in Marysville and on July 19, 2003 she married Robert D. Neely II in Marysville, whom survives. Also surviving are two sons at home, Hayden Douglas Neely and Kyler J. Tarkington; a sister, Belinda Fishbaugh of Marysville; her inlaws, Robert D. and Judith Neely of Russells Point; sister-in-law, Rhonda Neely (Roger) Myers of Lima; three nephews and many aunts, uncles and cousins. A 1990 graduate of Marysville High School, she attended Columbus State Community College studying sign language. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Bellefontaine and was a volunteer for the American Cancer Society. She played the flute, studied her Bible, loved scrap booking and interact with hearing impaired. Pastor Jeffory Willetts will officiate a memorial service at 6:30 pm on Monday, November 15, 2010 at the Calvary Baptist Church where friends may call from 5 to 6:30. Family has requested that memorial contributions be made to her church at 1140 Rush Avenue, Bellefontaine, OH 43311. Robert A. “Bob” Givens, 92, of Lakeview, formerly of Russells Point, passed away Sunday night, November 7, 2010 at his residence. Bob was born on February 6, 1918, in Tulsa, OK to the late Rufus E. “Gene” & Floy A. Gregg Givens. On September 15, 1945, he married the former Mildred A. True in Russells Point, OH and she preceded him in death on September 7, 2004. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Mary Jackson, and his stepmother, Helen Wibel Givens. He is survived by three sons: Robert A. Givens II of New York, NY, John (Luann) Givens of Keystone Heights, FL, and Jerry (Jill) Givens of Sidney, OH, two daughters: Carol (Chuck) Siebeneck of Lakeview, OH, and Joanne Bloskis of Pittsburgh, PA, seven grandchildren: Rodney (Haley) Siebeneck, Lora Siebeneck, Amy Taylor, Danielle Frost, Gene Givens, Sharon Hutchison, Steven Bloskis, five step-grandchildren: Julie (Tony) Metzler, Jennifer Elsner, Eva Moberly, Robert Rudolph, Virginia McMillin, 15 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. He graduated from Oakwood High School in Paulding County, OH, and worked at Commercial Lithograph in Lima for over 40 years. He was a member of the Indian Lake Community Church in Russells Point, and Indian Lake Community Church Men’s Club. Bob served on the Russells Point Volunteer Fire Department and was a council member and council president for Russells Point for many years. He was an avid Indian Lake High School and OSU Buckeyes Football and Basketball fan. He enjoyed taking fishing trips to Michigan and Florida. He loved being with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Per Mr. Givens’ wishes, his body was cremated. Pastors Jim Ellington and Karen Blackburn will conduct a memorial service at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 13, 2010 at the Indian Lake Community Church, Russells Point with visitation one hour prior to services. Memorial Contributions may be given in his name to the Indian Lake Community Church or Indian Lake High School Athletic Department. Nathan R. Thompson, 43, of Belle Center, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 9, 2010 at 5:15 p.m. at Mary Rutan Hospital. He was born August 27, 1967 in Bellefontaine, Ohio a son of Robert “Bud” and Nancy Weymouth Thompson who survive. On February 13, 1993 he married the former Jennifer Gamble and she survives along with daughters, Nathalie, Age 12 and Katharine, Age 10 both at home; sisters, Tamara (Jay) Russell of Urbana and Teresa (Emmett) Jennings of West Liberty; brother, Steve (Carol Sue) Thompson of Zanesfield and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Charles Gamble, Sr. He was a farmer and former associate of Honda of America. He was a member of Grace Chapel Church in West Liberty and enjoyed deer hunting. Most importantly, he served as a devoted husband and father. Pastor Josh Gelatt will officiate a funeral service on Saturday, November 13, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at the Grace Chapel Church in West Liberty where visitation will be held on Friday, November 12th from 2 – 4 & 6 – 8 p.m. Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery, West Liberty. Wayne E. Beck, 82, of Lewistown, OH, passed away Sunday, November 14, 2010 at Mary Rutan Hospital, Bellefontaine, OH. He was born on February 1, 1928 in Benton Ridge, Hancock County, Ohio to the late Herbert & Mary Williams Beck. On August 4, 1951, he married the former Mary Kathryn Norviel in Indiana, and she preceded him in death on August 18, 2000. He was also preceded in death by 7 brothers and one sister. He is survived by a daughter: Robin A. (Frank) Godsil of West Liberty, OH, three sons: Rick L. (Terry) Beck, Randy A. (Dawna Reames) Beck, and Rodney L. (Tricia) Beck, all of Lewistown, OH, seven grandchildren: Trinity (Zach Case) Huffer, Jake Beck, Brittany Beck, Jessica Beck, Alexis Beck, Austin Beck and Addison Beck, a great grandson: Zachary D. Case, three sisters: Helen Workinger, Uniontown, OH, Ruthie (Charles) Hammer, Columbus Grove, OH, and Leah (Curtis) Agner, Noblesville, IN, two brothers: Donald (Angie) Beck, Findlay, OH, and James (Margarite) Beck, Jackson, TN, two sisters-in-law: Betty May, Lewistown, OH, and Susan Norviel, Bellefontaine, OH, and several nieces and nephews. Wayne attended Stokes Twp High School in Lakeview. He retired from Super Foods in Bellefontaine, and then worked as a Custodian for Indian Lake Schools for 13 years. He was a member of Lewistown-Trinity United Methodist Church, Lewistown, OH. He enjoyed camping, but loved anything that brought his family together where he could spend his time with them. Pastor Barry Baughman will conduct a funeral service at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, November 18, 2010 at Shoffstall Funeral Home, Lakeview. Visitation is Wednesday, November 17th from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at the funeral home. Burial is in Huntsville Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be given in his name to the Wayne E.
